Seafood Tamago Tofu - special with a mix of kimchi

Tuna and Salmon Tataki - REALLY GOOD!

Purple Rice Ebi Maru Maki - it was ok and the rice is too sticky

Beef Wasabi Mayo - beef was pretty good but didn't have the "wow!" effect

Spicy Ramen - it was good but no "wow!" effect either

Creme Brulee - we didn't have high expectation for a "western" dessert in a japanese restaurant but the coffee one was good. sesame was not bad

For the price we paid we expected something more authentic but it was just so-so. And since restaurants usually show their signature dishes in events like the HK restaurant week, if those were their signature dishes, it doesn't worth the money or the calorie quota. Quite disappointing.
題外話/補充資料: The waiters were hurry to clear the table, it was kind of rude, and we ended up staying for only an hour or so.
