I booked a seating arrangement at the sushi bar way in advance, but they messed up and mis-seated my group and was dismissive about it. Regardless they have all these never-been-seen before sushi/sashimi options and is amazingly fresh. Once we were settled in, it was a one-of-a-kind sushi experience.
