The Sichuan boiled fish was legit! You can opt for mild, medium and top spicyness for your boiled fish. I opted for mild. The chillis and sesame in the broth made the boiled fish really flavored and hot (in a delicious way)! The fish pieces were really soft and tender, probably processed by soda powder before. Generous portion of fish. Best of all, it wasn’t really oily like ordinary Sichuan boiled fish, which usually has a thick layer of oil on top.
As for the noodles, they were thoroughly cooked. I dipped them in the spicy broth and had them like tsukemen. Superb! Would definitely visit again!
