Belated birthday celebration with a friend visiting from Germany, happy to catch up with an overseas friend whom I met in HK. Haven't been here for quite a long time, the major reason is that I didn't feel comfortable with their services before, talking about a year ago. Came over twice, one time for dinner and another time just for drinks in the evening. On top of my other friends negative comments also on their service, I really felt hesitate to to be here again. Haven't been here for quite a long time, the major reason is that I didn't feel comfortable with their services before, talking about a year ago. Came over twice, one time for dinner and another time just for drinks in the evening. On top of my other friends negative comments also on their service, I really felt hesitate to to be here again. It might be coincidence, just happened to be, anyway, we were so unlucky.
However, just because my visiting friend has not been here, and honestly, it is indeed a stylish place in HK that I love to let my friend to have a "tick" on the "places to visit".
The improvement can be seen once I stepped into the restaurant, the waitress at the reception was pleasant
It was a rainy day, indoor seating were supposed to be released by 5:30pm, which was rather rush for us. Went outdoors, where actually is quite nice, however, as it's raining....it's smelly..Luckily, they found us an indoor seating after a few minutes that we didn't need to return the table in a rush, very nice Another improvement that I didn't experience before.
2 types of afternoon tea, the Sevva signature one and veggie. I was very hungry because it was my breakfast + lunch + afternoon tea Although my friend had a big dim sum lunch, I insisted to order the high-tea set for 2! Be frank, I could finish the first 2 layers by myself, haha, except the dessert. No, must let my friend try some, because he was leaving to Germany and would miss this food paradise in HK.
All the hot items were very nice, I love the burger and spring rolls with mushroom and carrot, smoked salmon, yummy! I didn't have one pcs of dessert at all, just let my friend enjoying, he said they were very nice
Comfortable seating area with chilling music, I wish I'll have a living room like this It is a good place to relax, in the same area of workplace. If they can offer tea-set for 1 person, then it will be perfect!
