Saw a post saying the service is bad. I also had some similar experience.I paid with a card that was not signed - new card.I was 'told off' very loudly like I was a student, in front of my guest.Their exact works was 'this time we will let it go but next time we will not accept it'.Maybe they had some issues before with fraud, but the polite thing to do is to ask 'would you mind paying with another card?'.Perhaps it is a University premise, so they are used to 'ordering' students around?Just wan

Just want to say, regardless of who you are serving, you shouldn't be 'ordering' people around so much.
