The last time I visited Coffee Alley, I was in Causeway Bay, and waited for about 90 mins. This time at TST, the wait was about 45 minutes. Environment & Hygiene:Like the first time, Buddy M and I sat at the door, so again we didn't really get to see what the place actually looks like, but overall the ambienece was nice and relaxing. Hygiene was okay, but the staff were eating on and off, which I think is a little not professional. Service:The staff were very helpful and friendly. Taste & Value:

Taste & Value:
Let me start with what I got.
I already knew what I wanted this time, which was the Club Sandwich! The chicken stood out to me as it was marinated and cooked the taiwanese way. I appreciated this taiwanese touch to the sandwich. Overall, the sandwich tasted pretty good, but it was a little dry since they skimped on the fillings inside. However, they were generous with the amount of doritos that they gave. Haha. The salad on the side was quite good too; creamy and tasty.
Since I already had coffee twice that day, I forced myself to get a non coffee drink. People say good things about the Matcha latte, so I went for that. It is considerate to serve the drink with a cute little whisk since the matcha always sinks to the bottom. The drink was good and strong, but too sweet.
Now, to what buddy M got. Since buddy M got the ham & cheese croissant last time, I persuaded her to try something new; leading to the Beef sandwich. This sandwich also came with a salad. Mine was a sandwich, and hers was a sandwich, but why was hers so packed whereas I had more bread than anything in mine!? She had beef falling out left and right. Oh well, I tried hers, and thought that it was okay. I would have prefered a thinner slice of beef over its thickly cut beef. Buddy M got the fruit tea. I had originally wanted to get that, but changed my mind after seeing the price. I was content trying a sip of hers. Ha! The drink was very fruity and not overly sweet. Since it is so refreshing to have, it makes a perfect drink for summer.
Final Verdict:I have to admit I think I like the sandwiches more than their sweet dishes. Would I go again for the third time? I probably would eventually.....
