✨Chicken in Rice Wine Sauce 🐔: Very rich rice wine aroma, loved the boneless chicken
✨Braised Tofu with Soya Sauce: Tofu is tender and not too stiff, the whole dish is well seasoned
✨Assorted Vegetables & Bean Sheet Soaked in Fish Soup 🥬: The fish soup does not have the unappealing fishy aroma, the vegetables are fresh
✨Signature Dan Dan Noodles 🍜: Not too spicy, perfect for non-spicy food eaters. Would be better if the flavourscan stay on the noodles more
✨Fried Souffle Egg White: Very fluffy and light texture. The sweetness of the red bean paste was on point.
A pleasant dining experience. Dishes were also aesthetically presented. Servers proactively topped up water.
