I ordered sliced beef in satay sauce with fried eggs. For satay beef, thicker beef is usually used, so I was surprised that I got fatty beef. (I later realized that it said fatty beef in Chinese haha) I couldn’t really taste the satay cuz there was barely any sauce 😕 The eggs were nicely fried though! The edge was so crispy that when I cut into it, there was a crunching sound 😆 Mixing the egg yolk with the rice and topping it off with beef was the best part 👌But really wished they added more sat
