Took my mom here for her first Hong Kong visit, expecting a nice experience. We ordered Tom Yum soup and a steak. While we understood the holiday crowd might cause delays, after waiting 30 minutes, a server casually informed us the steak was sold out. This is unacceptable management.*When asked why we weren't notified sooner (like when ordering or when the kitchen ran out), the server shrugged and said, "I didn't know, we only find out when your turn comes."This excuse reveals fundamental failure
This is unacceptable management.*When asked why we weren't notified sooner (like when ordering or when the kitchen ran out), the server shrugged and said, "I didn't know, we only find out when your turn comes."
This excuse reveals fundamental failures:
1. No real-time inventory tracking:A proper restaurant should update its system/notify staff immediately when key ingredients (like steak) run out.
2. Wasted our time:We waited 30 minutes for nothing.
3. Terrible attitude:The server was dismissive and offered **zero apology** for their error.
You ruined a special moment with my mom.Your lack of basic operational control and uncaring service is astounding. Extremely disappointed. We will never return or recommend Greyhound to anyone.
