The female manager of the B-Cafe is totally below customer service qualification . I don't know if she had suffered from nervous / stress breakdown or having pre-menstrual sysdrome. We went in happily as a group of 7, didn't expect to bump into such a freaky manager whom almost ruined our birthday nite. All she concerned was if we would be able to spend up to their $1,200 min. charge!! She was barking like a dog, huge insult I say. She could have nicely asked our plan for the nite (Snacks/Wine p

We went in happily as a group of 7, didn't expect to bump into such a freaky manager whom almost ruined our birthday nite. All she concerned was if we would be able to spend up to their $1,200 min. charge!! She was barking like a dog, huge insult I say. She could have nicely asked our plan for the nite (Snacks/Wine preferences, Alcohol/non-alcohol drinks preferences, cake time... etc.) She did nothing, extremely unprofessionaly. Here, I must say, she could have use her eyes and brain before barking to a group of well-dressed & groomed professionals, anda group of often eating out customer like us. Lastly, don't insult the food servicing industry!! Go take a customer service beginner course if needed.
