Came here twice to this location. The first time I came to this location, they served the wrong order to my friend. Half way through our meal, the waitress realized she had served the wrong order to my friend and asked her to pay the difference of the two meals. I expressed that this isn’t fair as it was her mistake for serving the wrong order but she said that she should have known and should said something when she got her order. Half way through our meal, the waitress realized she had served the wrong order to my friend and asked her to pay the difference of the two meals. I expressed that this isn’t fair as it was her mistake for serving the wrong order but she said that she should have known and should said something when she got her order. In the end, my friend had to pay the difference.
The second time which is the last time, I went with two friends, one of them did not want to eat. She was told she had to order something, and suggested that she pay $30 for the salad bar if she wanted to sit. They rudely explained that she was taking up a seat of what could be a paying customer. I asked if she could just get a drink, and it seemed like the lady took a think before saying no. My friend went to pay at machine, but then was badgered about getting the set as it was just $50 more and would be more worth. As she was ordering the salad bar, the waitresses would press out of the screen to show her what she should order. My friend felt frustrated that she couldn’t just order the salad bar.
Both were terrible experiences, waitresses were impatient, rude, and pressing. I would not recommend going to eat here. If you are in this area, there are many other options where service and food are good.
