Dark chocolate often reminds me of love in real life. Like love, a true pure piece of dark chocolate is aromatic with a bitter tang on your palate, yet it felts so soothing and comforting that you get slowly addicted to it. People have different preferences to dark chocolate – some prefer more milk, other like excitements like nuts or run. Some like a piece of gold foil to make it look extravagant (and are well aware that it doesn’t enhance the flavor); others like a velvety filling that coats

People have different preferences to dark chocolate – some prefer more milk, other like excitements like nuts or run. Some like a piece of gold foil to make it look extravagant (and are well aware that it doesn’t enhance the flavor); others like a velvety filling that coats the whole mouth with smoothness.
Compared to dark chocolate, white chocolate must be the prince charming that every girl dreams about but never exists. It’s pure and unblemished, sweet (sometimes overly so), and yet it isn’t truly real chocolate as it doesn’t contain cocoa. Nevertheless you convince yourself that you have having a chocolate that’s filled with only sweetness without any hint of sourness or bitter taste. A prince charming that has no flaw? That’s why it’s love in your dream and not in real life.
Yet, when I had the Nama White Chocolate at Royce, for a moment I thought I found my prince charming. A heavily heat-protected box came with 20 delicately crafted white chocolate pieces. Nama White Chocolate distinguishes itself from others with the fresh cream (hence Nama) used in the making process, and the perfect balance of sweetness and creamy texture left me linger in romance. It is soft enough to be picked up with a toothpick, and it melts slowing on your tongue when you drop a piece into your mouth. The richness of the chocolate doesn’t bare any cloying nuance, a rarity in white chocolate. While $100 wasn’t cheap for white chocolate, it’s all worth it for a period of perfect dreamy romance.
I know there are other types of Nama Chocolate at Royce, but at the moment I am still attached to the White Chocolate. While I haven’t found my true love in life, I will slowly savor my moments with my prince charming, the Nama White Chocolate from Royce, one piece at a time.
