First, the starter is huge that nobody will doubt for, including the soup of the day, home made bread roll and fresh caesar salad. The soup is of carrot, sweet and creamy. The salad is fresh with some small bites of baked breads. The home made bread is the main character. Coated with cinnamon sugar is already something signature that taste so good with the carbohydrates. The bread comes along with cinnamon source and butter, giving you the two sides of a dish.
Here comes the big boss, the main, the signature 10 oz premium NZ ribeye steak. Very tender, not kidding. And the restaurant is so nice to serve as pieces with the meat not tough or rough after treating in room temperature. From the steak taste, we can tell the chef has take considerable steps to make the steak really juicy. The onion dressing levels up the steak into another.
