Rei Japanese Cuisine, is a modernly classic Japanese restaurant (part of the Epicurean group…I’ve done a review on one of their sister establishments…iL Posto. with a dazzling view of the harbour all nestled inside the gigantic IFC. My massive sashimi set….Oh my. Uni (sea urchin) were my favorite…..
Deliciously marbled, fatty Wagyu beef….it’s lightly seared on an extremely hot surface. It’s soft, juicy, tender, fatty, buttery, meaty, and amazing. It practically melts on top of your mouth.
Teppanyaki Styled-Grilled Vegetables!! <3 Need to get some veggies in me.
