Dear Sirs/Madam, Yesterday I go to your branch in "Olympic Shopping Center" to have an afternoon tea set,we ordered our food at 5:40pm, the drink arrived to our table at 5:48pm, one of our order have reached our table,and we still wait for the other food until 6:00pm & all the other customer's food have reached their table,but we're still waiting the food.We have told the customer service girl & boy to follow up our order two times and check the bill with the cashier.Is there anyone missing our

Yesterday I go to your branch in "Olympic Shopping Center" to have an afternoon tea set,we ordered our food at 5:40pm, the drink arrived to our table at 5:48pm, one of our order have reached our table,and we still wait for the other food until 6:00pm & all the other customer's food have reached their table,but we're still waiting the food.We have told the customer service girl & boy to follow up our order two times and check the bill with the cashier.Is there anyone missing our bill?They replied us that the cooker is cooking the food now.And I see the staffs are being ready for their dinner in another table in front of the kitchen.We're still waiting until 6:10pm,the last order come to our table. I reject the food immediately & tell the manager to cancel the last order as we can't accept the customer service like that.
I want to send this message to your Company & hope that there have an improvement in your service quality provided by this branch. I hope you can have a good Trademark & quality provided to all the customer in the coming days.
