We were sitting in a corner having dinner, and I saw a rat running into my handbag on the sofa! The staff tried to catch the rat but it ran quickly back into the gaps of the sofa. Then the staff took us to another seat and said sorry, while we were still in great shock.We asked for a waiver of the bill (they should have offered this to us), but they came back and said to waive the bill they need to make an application to their boss in the headquarter so it is very difficult, they could only offe

We asked for a waiver of the bill (they should have offered this to us), but they came back and said to waive the bill they need to make an application to their boss in the headquarter so it is very difficult, they could only offer some discounts and some free desserts. I would say this is poor hygiene + poor crisis management + lack of delegated power to the front line. Disappointed.
