I did not eat ramen for a long time. There is a famous ramen restaurant in Po Lam, let’s go and try it. There is a set for order, I choose Roasted Pork Ramen with Sakura Shrimp Miso Sauce in Tonkotsu Broth, Cheese Fish cake, green tea mochi, and Jasmine tea. The cheese fish cake is cooked per order, therefore the cheese melts inside my month. The ramen soup is rich and strongly favoured, similar to the taste in Japan.
