Rather than write a long essay on my dining experience at Yukitei which is a waste of time. I'll just get straight to the point. Don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. Ramen here was below par. The spicy ramen broth was tasteless, not spicy even though it was level 4 and tastes sweet instead. Meat was not tender and generally did not have a good dining experience. Have had other ramens in central, wanchai, causeway bay and I definitely won't return.
