i ordered the beef brisket with fish ball flat noodle soup. brisket was quite nice (all meat and no tendon) which i liked but the texture is different to the other beef brisket, it is more tender! the fish ball was really nice too and very bouncy! a very satisfying meal indeed! local HK cuisine is the best! definitely will be back!
