Came across this amazing restaurant and its brunch totally blew my mind❤️ 2-hour free flow appetisers and desserts, all dishes are presented very nicely, burst with gorgeous colour and full of rich nutrients☺️🌈🥗🍄🍫🧁Highlighting a few of my fav💛:For appetiser, basically love everything with vegan cheese🧀😝 ➀ 𝘔𝘰𝘻𝘻𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘢 on tomato was so cute🥹🍅 A vegan version of Burrata cheese, offering the same softness and creaminess🍼 ; ➁ 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩 𝘱𝘰𝘭𝘦 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘳, aka vegan Blue Cheese, was also bomb🌟. As for the main course, chose the signature 𝘒𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘰𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘱, 𝘳𝘦𝘥 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘭-𝘱𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘢𝘶𝘤𝘦. Chef Tina creatively and skillfully baked the king oyster mushroom to replicate pan-seared scallop’s juiciness💦👏🏻 Eat together with the polenta made by cauliflower and cashew for extra creaminess🤍

Desserts - love the 𝘗𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘍𝘳𝘶𝘪𝘵 & 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘰 𝘊𝘩𝘦𝘦𝘻𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘬𝘦 the most🍋😚 The triple chocolate cake was super rich🍫
