Had meeting with client in Central today and prefer a healthy meal for my lunch. Walked pass this gym-like Cafe on Wellington Street, I was attracted by the neat and stylish decoration.The shop’s décor is simple and fashionable, with a large spacing and some art pieces, which makes me feel relax in this busy Central area. The shop’s décor is simple and fashionable, with a large spacing and some art pieces, which makes me feel relax in this busy Central area. Learnt that it’s a gym upstairs, think it’ll be quite nice having healthy meal and chill out here after the hard work. 
You can choose your own salad bowl here: Salad base has two options. I chose the superfood kale for the base and add Avocado, Pastrami, onion and mashed sweet potatoes. All ingredients look fresh. 
I love watching the staff to prepare my meal. For the dressing, I picked Caesar dressing, like the onion with the Caesar dressing, it enhanced the taste of the whole salad flavor.
To match with my health choice, I ordered the beetroot apple juice. It consists of beetroot, carrot, apple, ginger and lemon. It has a detoxification effect, very refreshing after drinking this. 
In addition, I ordered a cup of Matcha Latta for my late afternoon, needed something strong to keep me focus on work. Latte was not that sweet, which suits me, and kept me up my mood for the whole afternoon.
