The chicken is tender and juicy, and the skin was so smooth. It’s also boneless, so perfect for lazy people like me. The taste is amazing and was even more enhanced with the amazing sauces provided. The hainanese rice was flavorful and aromatic, I couldn’t get enough of it. The other dish we got, which was the pan fried pork cake with salty fish was surprisingly good! Crispy and crunchy, and the fragrance of the salted fish really comes out.
