I 've been hearing a lot of famous desserts made with purple yam. Basically, every magazine keeps promoting purple tam products.... even tho I am not a fan of it. So, my friend brought me to have a try of Yam dessert. The dessert place provide quite a few type of purple yam favor food, so I decided to order one. In terms of taste, to be honest, it is quite disappointing, the yam balls are chewy, but do not bring strong taste at all, at least i cant taste like sweet potato.
