We went for the purple potato pancake which is one of their top 5 sellers. Whilst you can opt to have various toppings and fillings I wanted it plain. Others had toppings including cheese and meat floss.The pancake was cooked to order and hence came out hot and nice and crispy. It wasnt too oily as they sometimes come out. It was flakey and crispy on the outside yet still was soft and doughy in the center. My only complaint would be that there wasnt much of a taste of the purple potato and hence
