Problematic reservation service

I stopped going like about a year ago because the standards deteriorated significantly compared to when it's first launched. I decided to give it another chance and booked a promotional dinner, not only they didn't send the payment link to me after I first reserved a table, they actually told me the table is gone before the payment deadline. They promised to call me back 10 minutes later when I tried clarifying on the phone but the call has never come. I don't know what "special guests" you ha
