As one of the members in the premium line of the Wooloomooloo Group, the steakhouse aims to elevate the dining experience from all aspects. The set menu presents a welcoming mimosa to begin with. Crab cake is one of their signature, and the salmon tartar is very refreshing. Among the prime beef selections, filet mignon medium rare is the most tender, though I do prefer the sauce to be served separately for a better taste of the meat itself. Risotto is creamy and rich, topped with a generous size of lobster tail. IT’s overall a decent experience for family brunch.
