The pork bone soup was made of tons of ingredients - femur bones, pork trotter, corn, black fungus, radish and carrot. With this amount of pork with bones inside, the soup was surely rich and full of collagen. The femur bones had been well boiled with melting fat, soft tendons and buttery bone marrow. The soup was savory enough that I didn't need any soy sauce at all.
Ordered only one plate of beef because the standard portion was pretty big. The beef didn't have much fat in it but still easy to chew. Homemade dumpling was filled mainly meat with a little chopped chives. White water snowflake was served with kale. Sweet, crunchy and soaked up the flavors in the soup.
