For lunch. Decor and view are both great.  However that's about the only positives about this restaurant.  Rarely have I seen such a supposedly high profiled restaurant so poorly managed.  As if none of the managers/owners have ever operated a restaurant before.  The common staff really tried their best and I feel bad for them having such bad managers/owners.  For the price they charge, altho not high, you can definitely find much better alternatives in terms of both food quality and service.  I
