Poor Service!!

I passed by this shop after my class, and wanted to try getting a few pieces of them as my family loves donuts. Situated in Central are, I was standing at the donut window display area, wondering how to queue to order and I was waiting for the lady before me. When it was my turn, some other new customers - a guy and a family of 3 (the parents and their kid) were the next 2 after me, but they didn’t really queue but surrounded the donut area to choose randomly. I passed by this shop after my class, and wanted to try getting a few pieces of them as my family loves donuts. Situated in Central are, I was standing at the donut window display area, wondering how to queue to order and I was waiting for the lady before me. When it was my turn, some other new customers - a guy and a family of 3 (the parents and their kid) were the next 2 after me, but they didn’t really queue but surrounded the donut area to choose randomly. I was confused and went to the counter to order. When the shop manager ( a lady) had eye contact with me and I was about to order, without any greeting and she threw me that ‘ choose at the donut area before coming to cashier!’ I was so mad that I had been waiting for 15-20min, seeing the next 2 customers behind me already chose the donuts and easily skipped the line, leaving me waiting without any staff notice anything and nobody care about who came in first but served the ones who jumped the queue shouting loud. This shop absolutely didn’t care about their image or having any customer service. I raised that to the shop manager who asked me to choose before pay, but she only tried to give lots of excuses - they are busy, they were out of staff bla bla bla.. if they want to have good business especially choosing opening in central, such poor service will lead them to close soon. I will NEVER go back and try my best telling anyone around me NOT to buy anything from this shop. Very bad service and very bad staff management , big thumbs down !!!


For food itself, it’s average taste and not too bad but not outstanding either.
