The food itself is okay but their service can be disenchanting. They shouted at me when they were calling to confirm booking. Their receptionists are very arrogant and are reluctant to serve you unless you are their VIP. I complained to their manager about their service but did not get very reasonable response either. I am sure that if I spend the same amount of money, I will get a lot better service in the 5- or 6-stars hotels.
