It's my first time to post a comment on Open Rice. Unfortunately, it is because it has an extremely unpleasant experience with "HoHo"ServiceIt was busy during lunch. I told the manager (I am not sure if she is the manager, but she seems to be incharge) when i paid at the counter. She just said "OK" without further action. I think she should notify the kitchen in order to avoid the problem.
Um... i wont patron again.
