Came for a light lunch, wonton noodles and scallion pancake. Unfortunately the broth for the noodles was so overpowering with garlic and soy (I am not sure about msg). The scallion pancake was dense and doughy.Most unfortunate was the lack of hygiene observed of staff behind the glass section preparing xiao long baos. Staff were eating with their hands (hand to mouth/face touching) and then using those same contaminated hands to touch and roll out dough. No handwashing was done.I won't be coming

I won't be coming back and will not be recommending to anyone. It was disgusting to see.
