Poor Delivery Experience

This is the last time I make an order with this company because I don't belive they care about their customers at least for home delivery service goes. I have had questional services from them before, but this timee was it. It took 3 tries to get someone to answer the call. The food that eventually arrived are just terrible. I ordered Southern Smokey Beef Ribs and they were cold. Even the fries were cold and I mean cold. As well the ribs were not barbecued but probably cooked in hot water then p

I ordered Southern Smokey Beef Ribs and they were cold. Even the fries were cold and I mean cold. As well the ribs were not barbecued but probably cooked in hot water then put on the grill to add the grill color and barbecue sauce on the surface. even then if the food had some temperature to it, it could have been just ok to eat. I was warn about the 80 minutes delivery time but don't you think that would mean they will cook with time and care. That is why I think they don't care.
