There are total of 3 large slices of ribs. The portion is quite large as a main dish even for two people to share. 🍮Fresh Caramel Cream Brûlée
Cream brulee is better than expected too. It’s cool in the inside but warm with a melted sugar layer on top that cracks as you take a spoonful of it. Creamy and soft texture with an adequate sweetness and milky taste.
