The popular Bubble Lee from Taiwan has always been on my list of must-try bubble tea shops, but their other two stores were quite inconvenient for me, so I was super happy to pass by their new store in MK one day! We ordered their signature brown sugar bubble tea 2.0, which is labeled as their #1 most-ordered item (I don’t think I saw anyone ordering anything else while I was there) We saw them first adding the hot tapioca balls into the cup and measuring the weight to ensure the perfect taste.

The 2.0 meant that there was 30% extra milk added in, so it was creamy and smooth.
While we were waiting for the drink, there was a video showing customers how to properly stir it 5-6 times before taking the first sip, instead of shaking it up and down to prevent the ice from melting too quickly and making the bubbles go hard.

We would definitely rank it as one of HK’s top brown sugar bubble teas, as the sweetness was just right while the bubbles were extra chewy and sweet!
