Tonight, my friend took me out for dinner. I was surprise to find a high quality restaurant in Cheung Sha Wan. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and friendly. While waiting for our food, we got some homemade bread. These bread were delicious, they were hot and crunchy. After dipping into the vinegar, it tasted so good!
Caesar salad:To start with, we ordered the Caesar salad. It was presented nicely in a bowl. The greens were crispy and fresh. They were very tasty with the salad dressing and crispy bacon.
Scallop & spinach:Our other starter came awhile later, the scallop was big and soft to chew. It was fresh and delicious and tasted very good with the spinach. The chef used some sort of fish sauce to cook the spinach so they were very yummy.
Wagyu beef Bolognese:I was craving for pasta so I got the Bolognese with wagyu beef. The beef were in small cubes which were the perfect mouth size. The beef were tender and juicy. There were too much sauce which I couldn't finish. But overall, it was yummy.
60 days aged sirloin with pommery mustard:The meat was cooked beautifully. It was thick and super juicy! I thought the meat must be rough but instead, it so so soft and tender! It was super yummy! The pommel mustard definitely lifted up the flavour! I recommend at least two people to share this because it is very big.
