Brought so much confusion, surprises, fun time and touching moments to my big boy these two days 😘😘 I wish that you enjoy in all these memorable moments between us 💑 and happy with the bday arrangement I planned for two months 💗We left the campsite and searched for food in Saikung. My boy picked Okapi for the nice atmosphere to chat. We both felt like... it is how food should be!!! Bread - Great, slightly roasted making it crispy for the out-most layer while retaining the softness inside, and very glad to see them using real butter
Soup - Average quality, light enough to start a meal and thick enough for filling
Braised ox tongue red wine with black truffle risotto - Good, the ox tongue is tender and the risotto is finely cooked. Would be better if have stronger smell/taste of truffle.
😳And just know that my boy loves risotto like I do!! 😍👦
Grilled lamb shank in wild mushroom gravy - Nicely grilled retaining the tenderness of the lamb shank. Minimal taste of lamb, I prefer stronger ones. Fresh pan fried vegetables serving with gravy.

We didn't realise how much a recognition can contribute in a relationship to build confidence and sense of security. So here we go, with a brand new start and the best of love!!
