Brown is a very nicely decorated restaurant with the interior done in neutral brown tones. The seating is in chairs, plush benches and an outdoor patio in the back. The lighting is low to give a relaxed atmosphere.We reserved for brunch but when we arrived on Sunday morning the restaurant had plenty of available seating so you might not need a reservation unless you have a seating preference. We reserved for brunch but when we arrived on Sunday morning the restaurant had plenty of available seating so you might not need a reservation unless you have a seating preference. We were at first seated at the nice bench but we asked to be relocated outside. There is plenty of seating out back with nice potted plants. The wait staff is very friendly at first but after they take your order you have to find them for anything else.
Unfortunately the food experience wasn't as nice as the environment. I ordered eggs benedict and it came out with the eggs fully cooked and hard. I sent it back and the dish returned with eggs that were only slightly less cooked and the insides were semi solid when I cut into them. Meanwhile the rest of the benedict was cold while the eggs were slightly warm.
