The restaurant was empty by the time we arrived (2:10pm). Empty is good. We had the restaurant to ourselves. No noise. So if you want some peace and quiet, view and privacy, and sunshine, visit L16 at this hour. M and I only had dessert, because we'd grabbed lunch elsewhere. Quite alright. Unexpectedly alright. The mango was juicy, was NOT sour, and the portion was quite generous. There were 2 types of sticky rice to go along with it -black /purple (if you will) and the normal pearly type. I prefer purple sticky rice. It has more bite and is chewier. The rice cakes were not too sweet.
Sadly the coconut milk wasn't fluid enough. It became a sort of paste, like um...melting ice cream. yes. that sort of consistency. No, i don't think it should be like that. It should have a salty coconutty twang to it, not 100% sweet. and it should be fluid. hmm.
Conclusion
But I would come again for this treat, because the view is really nice, and I like the sun.
