Ordered the basic set on weekend (~$500 per person post fee). The fish, prawn and crab were all dead ones of poor quality (at best fronzen seafood). These ones would be okay (i guess?) for fried dish or soup, but at steam hotpot restaurants I expect to have some fresh seafood. Only the shellfish and lobster were okay.Only highlight of the dinner was the service was very attentive.
