The food has been above average on the whole. The fries are not crispy (except once) : a little disappointing.
Service is better than almost all other McDonald's, because the staff bother to greet you and ask if you had a good meal, rather than ignore you.
Hygiene is above average for a McDonald's. Busy place - hard to find a seat - but quite clean.
The McCafe: The main drawback are the non-McDonald prices. The limited seating is understandable as almost no-one goes there to just sit for ages and ages - the rowdy Food Court next to the Cafe is very distracting. Why did they need to make clear doors!? Free advertising?
The non-managerial staff are average - above average on the whole - not particularly quick or efficient, but they manage within their time limit (e.g. they will get your McD's meal ready in ONE minute!)
Such a pity McDonald's raised the prices of their meals by so much. Is it really worth paying over $20 for a regular meal?
