I went on a weekday at 10:27 am and there were already around 5-7 groups of people lining up for their opening at 10:30 am. Once it opened, we were all able to go in quickly. I guess if you arrive before 11am, you will be able to get a seat without queueing.My favorite in Sushiro is the Catalana, but since they have a new, seasonal cake, I decided to try it.The texture is very soft, but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of caramelized top. The taste is not too sweet, so it is quite pleasant

The texture is very soft, but I was a bit disappointed with the lack of caramelized top. The taste is not too sweet, so it is quite pleasant, especially after sushi.
However, I still prefer the Catalana way more, as the texture is more dense, cold with a crispy caramelized top. The Catalana is sweeter and a bit smaller than the Basque Cheesecake though.
