I don't think Sun's Cafe is as bad as the comment below. I tried their buffet and a la carte several times. Most of their food are food.Environment: It is a small place actually, don't expect it is a Shanga li la Cafe Too style. It do not have wide selection of food. Environment: It is a small place actually, don't expect it is a Shanga li la Cafe Too style. It do not have wide selection of food. However, it has comfortable seat.
Taste: I will give full marks, the taste is generally better than any other same size hotel's cafe.
Service: It is hard to find the waiter and the chef (for cut the roast beef). Sometime they are just ignoring you. It really does not like a Hotel service style.
One of my experience about their service is my friend celebrate my birthday there. And we have prepared our own cake. They served the cake and give us the bill immediately which make us feel really embarass. It just told us we are wasting their time to clean up and close the restaurant.
Price: It is not cheap but it is in Tsim Sha Tsui, I think it is reasonable.
Cleanliness: Good!
