Heard about linguini fini from staff at posto so was pretty excited. went down and it was busy. May have been why the disorganized service,waiters taking people to wrong tables , water order forgotten, but thats ok, its new. Heard about the nose to tail cooking the chef does but stuck to fried calamari, what a let down, calamari not crisp and tasted of the oil and sweet cherry pepper aoli, too sweet, like having calamari and dessert sauce. Enjoyed the homegrown vegetables tortellini, it was nice. They talk about the nose to tail that tried the signature fazzaletti bolo, bolognaise sauce sweet and pasta soggy. Could not tell the difference parts of the pig and it wasnt very hot. after that skipped dessert but will go back and try, saw some dessert come out and looked very good. This could be just for dessert after a drink in lkf. Its not expensive, which is good as some italian restaurants too expensive, and maybe that why food is just average, but its new and i would give another try.
