Heard about linguini fini from staff at posto so was pretty excited. went down and it was busy. May have been why the disorganized service,waiters taking people to wrong tables , water order forgotten, but thats ok, its new. Heard about the nose to tail cooking the chef does but stuck to fried calamari, what a let down, calamari not crisp and tasted of the oil and sweet cherry pepper aoli, too sweet, like having calamari and dessert sauce.
