So to be brief. I think everything is ok but if you want anything that’s authentic the real ahi tuna poke bowl then you won’t find that here.I have yet to find a place in hk that serves the real dish in all its glory. I also find the tuna and other seafood kinda plain with next to no taste. Quality of the fish needs a boost but that’s Hong Kong for you if you are not paying at a premium.It’s nothing to rave about
