Stumbled upon this newly opened pho restaurant in Sheung Wan and was treated to a great value for money lunch. With the focus only on pho (no other main dishes), the pho was made with fresh ingredients. The mix of raw beef and well done beef was of good quality (for the price of $78). Only downside was portion size was smaller than other pho chains.
