I am certainly a great fan of the whiskey cocktails here, but this time I wanted to talk about the food. We saw the menu has a Chicken Carpaccio, then out of curiosity, we asked the bartender whether the chicken is raw (the question seemed kinda dumb…). We found out it indeed is raw and we ordered one to try!The thin chicken slices are fresh, meaty and well-seasoned. The condiments include cucumber slices, shredded onion, as well as arugula balsamic salad to add layers to the chicken. They taste

The thin chicken slices are fresh, meaty and well-seasoned. The condiments include cucumber slices, shredded onion, as well as arugula balsamic salad to add layers to the chicken. They taste so well and complement each other. Next time we have one more reason to come for than just cocktails!
