no doubt their burgers are beta than those in Macca. but if u consider the price tat double the price of macca, it doesnt worth. i ordered a bc burger meal with extra egg and onion for myself and another 2 meals for my friends. the day before. tell u wat, their veggies are fresh especially the onion, its so crunchy. but tat's not enough, the patty was juicy but tat's it, it's plain just like wat my cuisine lecture told me, "need seasoning", and they didn't grill the patty properly, if they did grill it to golden brown, it enhance and keep the taste of the meat. well, they did not. and the egg they used must be low price low quality ones, i suppose, coz tat's tasteless. and the fries, i had been waiting for my fries for too long but they were damn soggy and, again, "need seasoning" the fries were absolutely disappointed and i dont understand y should the fries were so bad when i had been waiting for on fries for ages, but the other 2 freis were ready as soon as i ordered. i supposed the last fries come out should be a freshly fried one and should be crispy. it is definitely too hard to make a freshly made fries soggy in such a popular restaurant. personally, i reckon any HK style deli (tea restaurant) or fastfood shop can do the fries much beta, it is so simple, set the rite temperature and put the chips into boiling oil, strain away excess oil and, agian, seasoning, tat's it. and u know wat, they charge me extra $12 for orange juice instead of a coke. wat the hell make a factory massively produced "fresh" oj worth $12 more than a cup of coke. u go to a fruit stall and u can get a cup of freshly squeezed oj for 10 bucks. i tried so many deli in australia and each of them made a burger beta than triple o. they grill the patty rite, fry the egg perfectly soft tat wont be too hard and dry, and not too runny that the raw yolk run out, either. honestly, i have never been satisfied with a burger in hk except the one i tried in hungry jack's or burger king, watever its name, anyway the one on the peak, and the one tat closed ages ago called wendy's
