For one thing, the spinach frittata is of a solid texture that is neither greasy nor watery. It’s a good balance between the both ends of the spectrum.
The Mala tofu fish isn’t that spicy for the no-spice-goers. But for someone who enjoys the tangy stimulant, the tad bit of hot sauce is just about right for the sensory predilection. And the fish fillet, again, is not at all greasy, which is effortlessly a healthy option for those who watch out for their physiques.
Tempeh, by itself, is an expensive ingredient. But for the meticulously way it was cooked and served. It’s more than safe to say the costs were worth it for PURE to incorporate it in their daily dishes.
Also, not to bug, but this place is a safe haven for a bad day or a rainy day.
Especially it’s hardly possible to find a spot to dine-in in the Admiralty/ Wan Chai vicinity during weekday lunchtime. I’m blessed to have run into this place.
