Rice is soaked in vinegar at medium level
So u won’t feel too sour or tasteless
The progression is also perfectly positioned from light to heavy
My favourite will be 平政魚 n 池魚with like juice
The meal is sealed with a fish soup (credit to the fish!) and cheese ice cream (with a little bit of rice taste)
Feeling reli stuffed but satisfied at the end
